• Served as a member in the Three member convener committee of the Syndicate of Madras University to discharge the duties of the Vice chancellor from June 2016 to June 2017.

• Served as a Governing Body Member of CBSE, New Delhi.

• Currently serving as a member in the Regional Committee for National Open School by MHRD.

• Appointed by MHRD Government of India in the CABE Sub Committee to draw draft legislation on unfair practices in the School Education Sector.

• Appointed as a member By Government of Tamil Nadu in the State High Level Committee on Examination reformation.

• Member of the Core Committee in the revision of class XII Maths syllabus.

• Member of the Core Committee in forming the New Sample Paper in Maths for Class X.

• Member in the authors team of the book " A Manual of Mathematics Laboratory" published by CBSE.

• CBSE master trainer for the recently introduced CCE programme.

• Appointed as Organising Secretary to Organise 48th National All India Principal Conferece in December 2011 by CBSE.

• Presented a Paper on Leveraging Technology For Education at All India CBSE Principals' conference at Indore in December 2012.

• Founder Secretary for Chennai Sahodhaya Schools Complex, a forum of Chennai City CBSE Schools for mutual interaction between the schools and the executing academic related works assigned by CBSE.

• Edited a Mathematics book series for classes I to V published by M/s. VV Rajan & Co, Chennai.

Work Area Responsibilities​ ​

Over thirty three years of expertise in developing strategies to drive academic improvement at all levels of educational development. As a Senior Principal of Rajaji Bahvan's e- governance program was been my USP. Also manage students, employees and all the activities related to school, feedback from students, teachers and parents enhances my style of leadership. Right choice of curriculum is my forte. Collaborated and implemented a reporting system for assessments, three dimensional learning platform for experiential learning and setting up Online Testing program are few initiatives that sets higher standards of learning experience for teachers and students. 

• Bhavans Rajaji Vidyashram topped all India rank No.1 in academic reputation in the year 2013 in All India best schools survey 2013 and topped as No.4 school in chennai and Tamil Nadu during 2014 to 2017
